All you need to discover something new
is a friend beside you.

My Yoga Bud is all about making yoga accessible, approachable and fun for everyone.

For MYB, that means:

  • free and donation-based classes

  • a focus on how yoga feels, not how it looks

  • a practice to serve each unique student

Wherever you are on your yoga journey, My Yoga Bud is here to support, encourage and come alongside. Let’s have fun! It’s only yoga ;)

A little about me…

My opinion: yoga deserves to be widely popular because it authentically has something to benefit everyone.

Yoga has a lot to offer unique you, right where you are.

But the different vocabulary, trending outfits and bendy instagram photos can be daunting and even intimidating. It helps to have a friend.

I would not have found yoga if not for my friends.

Wearing thigh-hugging pants and breathing loudly in front of strangers was not always my idea of a good time. It took about 1,354* amazing people to get me on my mat regularly. Now, yoga is a relief to my plantar fasciitis and my path to being present in each day.

When you find something good, you share it with your friends.

The classes offered here are actual requests from friends who weren’t finding the right fit at local studios. If you want a fast-paced vinyasa flow, I’m happy to make recommendations. Or if you would just like some advice from a yoga bud, ask.
